February 9, 2017 Page 5 Baked Berry Oatmeal Ingredients Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In large bowl stir together rolled oats, steel cut oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and set aside. In medium bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, oil, applesauce, egg and milk. Add to oat mixture and stir until combined. 2. Pour into greased 2 quart soufflé or casserole dish. Top evenly with berries and almonds. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Spoon into bowls. Serve with a drizzle of warm jam, yogurt and chopped almonds over the top. • 2 1/2 c. The Fresh Market regular rolled oats • 1/2 c.
