The person who had been feeding her asked for Kitten Rescue’s help in getting her out of the shelter. Because Mia was deemed “feral”, she could only be adopted by a rescue group. The plan was to spay her and fi nd a place where she could be a barn cat and live out her life as a feral. But something happened when her rescuer put her in a cage for recovery after being spayed…. They’re now bonded, playing and sleeping together, so they should be adopted together. Another foster cat, Anabel, served as the foster mama too, giving both Audi and Chevy love, care and discipline. He’s accustomed to adult cats, kittens and small dogs. Chevy appeared in our front yard, several days after we heard him crying. He must have been on his own for many days. When caught, he was terrifi ed, very thin, and covered with fl eas. It was decided that he’s probably Audi’s brother, as he was found close by. He’s a calm, quiet and affectionate little guy who loves to play gently. His fuzzy coat will be handsome when he’s grown. Chevy loves to sleep on his foster mama’s neck with Audi. Chevy is also accustomed to adult cats, kittens, and small dogs. These kitties are available for adoption through Kitten Rescue, one of the largest cat rescue groups in Southern California.
