PPaaggee 16 DeJcuemly b1e0r, 230, 1240 15 TORRANCE TRIBUNE Wowser Schnauzers addition to your family. If you are interested in Colton, please email info@msfr.org for more information. Hi there, I’m Dolton and you’ve already been introduced to my pal, and possible littermate, Colton. I too am a 2-year old, male Miniature Schnauzer mix. I wholeheartedly agree with Colton when it comes to our parentage because I’m also only 12 pounds of affection. I was rescued from the LA county shelter after being surrendered, however, I have no idea what I could have done to warrant such treatment. I mind my manners get along well with other dogs and would be the perfect companion. I have to admit that my appearance wasn’t the best but all it took was a little TLC and some grooming to reveal my adorable, handsome self. If you are interested in Dolton, please email info@msfr.org for more information. They call me Linus but I don’t carry a blanket. I’m a 1-year old, male, Miniature Schnauzer mix who got lost and ended up at a LA county shelter as a stray. I had some folks interested in me and even had a family that was scheduled to adopt me. Sadly, they must have changed their minds at the last minute because they never came to make it offi cial. The MSFR folks literally came to my rescue and I am so very thankful to them. They always tell me that I super sweet and what a great little (only 14 pounds) guy I am. If you’re looking for a real “people” dog, that’s me. I would love to be your Colton Linus Dolton only dog but I can get along, with some patience and a little work, with smaller, female dogs. I’m not exactly a non-shedder because I’m a mix but you could call me a low shedder because it’s not very much. The best news is that when I get groomed I can get a Schnauzer cut or you can just Tippy Happy Tails Congratulations to Tippy, our rescue from late September, and her new family. Her family had a Schnauzer that they loved and cherished for 15 years before it went to Rainbow Bridge. They decided to wait until they retired to adopt a new family member and Tippy was the one that they couldn’t resist. She now enjoys the good life – living in San Pedro. Wishing everyone much happiness. • We are looking for volunteers to help with our pet adoption fairs which are held every Saturday at the Petco located at 537 N. Hello, my name is Colton and I’m a 2-year old, male Miniature Schnauzer mix. If you ask me, my Dad was the Miniature Schnauzer and my Mom was the mix. No one is clear on what I’m “mixed” with but Mom must have been a tiny thing because I’m only 12 pounds! My buddy, Dolton, and I were rescued from a LA county shelter after our previous owners surrendered us. I don’t even know why they didn’t want us anymore. I know I was a matted mess but once I was groomed, “TA DA” the cutest little guy emerged! While I’m a bit shy upon fi rst introductions, I do make friends very quickly. I’m well behaved, get along great with other dogs and I’d be the perfect Maddie let me go au naturel! If you are interested in Linus, please email info@msfr.org for more information. It’s true that good things come in small packages and I’m here to prove it. My name is Maddie and I am a 1-year old, female, Miniature Schnauzer mix that is nothing but 13 pounds of sweetness. I was rescued from a LA county shelter just a couple of days before Halloween and that was no treat. It was a very intimidating place and I’m not very outgoing, actually I’m kind of shy, so it’s no surprise that no one was interested in adopting me. I get along great with other dogs, and I’m pretty quiet and reserved but I do love my people. Come to adoptions and see if you aren’t just mad about Maddie. If you are interested in Maddie, please email info@msfr.org for more information. Pets can get loose or lost through mishaps and travel quickly. Microchip: it works!
