Purrrfect Companions
Brandi Corey
We have kitties of every size and color. One
is sure to be your perfect match. Look at this
week’s picks and check out their friends at
www.kittenrescue.org.
Brandi and her brother Corey are an
affectionate, beautiful and docile pair of
youngsters. They love getting snuggles and
chin scratches. Brandi has the personality of
a fluffy, super soft, happy panda and purrs
in approval when getting lots of love. This
sweet darling is curious and a little shy,
but enjoys being held and brushed. She is
playful, but also a pensive young girl. Corey
is a chill, go-with-the-flow kind of guy. The
day he came to his new foster home, he sat
on the lap of his foster dad like, “What are
we watching, the news? Boring, but I’ll give
you company.” He follows you to the kitchen
to see what strange human activities you do.
Brandi and Corey are bonded siblings and
would be happy adopted together. They also
like other friendly, beta, fun young kitties--
so we would consider allowing them to be
adopted separately if it’s the right fit.
Looks? Check. Personality? Check. Kenny is
the total package. He is an amazing little boy
who offers his humans lots of affection and
tons of entertainment. His favorite thing to do
is lounge on your lap or sit on your shoulder
and get pets. People who meet Kenny for the
first time are impressed with his cute looks
and stripes, and then are even more impressed
with his great personality. Kenny was rescued
from a high-kill shelter. He is now hoping that
his luck continues and he finds his purr-ever
loving home and family.
Peter is an affectionate and cuddly kitten.
He’s a lot of fun and loves to play with toys
and wrestle with other kittens. Peter moved
to the Kitten Rescue Sanctuary with his mom
Cobbler Leo
to find his purr-manent home! Young Leo is
a very playful kitty and loves other cats. He
enjoys getting love, pets and attention from
you, though he prefers to have all four paws
on the ground and is not fond of being picked
up. Leo’s ideal home would have a buddy
for him to play with and loving and attentive
humans who would dote on him.
Nellie is a Nebelung mix. Because we
don’t know her parents, we call her a mix.
The Nebelung is a rare breed of domestic
cat. Nebelungs have long bodies, wide-set
green eyes, long and dense fur, and mild
dispositions. They have a very distinctive,
silky, semi-long, blue-grey coat, and are
very graceful cats. Nellie is super sweet and
a great bed snuggler! She is looking for a
special someone(s) who will love her and
make her feel safe and secure. Nellie would
do best as an only cat or with another cat
who mostly ignores her.
and seven siblings only a few days after
being born, so he has been around people his
whole life. As a result, Peter is very loving.
You can watch him and his family on Kitten
Rescue’s live cam: https://explore.org/livecams/
kitten-rescue/kitten-rescue-cam. Peter enjoys
having other cats around to snuggle and play.
He would like to be adopted with one of his
siblings or as a buddy to a resident cat.
Cobbler (like Peach Cobbler) is just
“yummy.” As a three-week-old kitten, she
was abandoned under the stairwell of a nice
gentleman’s apartment. He took her in and
contacted Kitten Rescue to save her. Because
of all the human TLC she received, Cobbler
adores people. She is not afraid of anyone and
loves to run right up to greet you. Cobbler
loves to roughhouse with her foster siblings,
but sometimes when her foster mom comes
around she wants to crawl up onto her lap to
snuggle. She gets along great with other kitties
and must have a young playmate. Children are
great too. Cobbler is ready to snuggle with
you for the rest of her life.
Abba Zabba was rescued with his four
siblings and another litter of kittens from a
storage facility. He was a little shy at first, but
is now a loving, rambunctious little boy who
loves to sit on laps and give kisses. He may
still be a bit shy when he first meets someone
new, but quickly loses that shy side to let out
his playful and loving nature. Abba would
love to be adopted with one of his cousins or
into a home with a friendly feline playmate.
Leo was found by a Good Samaritan. He
was in pain, dehydrated and not able to walk
after he was hit by a car. He was brought to
the Kitten Rescue Sanctuary and after a visit
to the vet, he was found to have a fractured
pelvis. Leo is now fully recovered and ready
