The 19th Annual Halloween Ball benefiting the children of the Pediatric Therapy Network was held on October 12 under a giant white tent in front of The Depot Restaurant in Downtown Torrance where hundreds of costumed revelers congregated to enjoy a very entertaining evening for a worthy cause.
