Project Description: The applicant requests the approval of two Administrative Use Permits to allow Department
of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) License Type 41 (on-site sale and consumption of beer and wine) and Type
47 (On-site sale and consumption of beer, wine, and distilled spirits) at two new restaurants. BBCM (suite 140)
requests a Type 41 license for their 2,980 square feet of dining area, while Chin Chin (suite 120) requests a Type
47 license for their 5,225 square feet of dining area.
