Recipe provided by Brandpoint - Makes two servings
1. Prepare quinoa according to package directions, adding apple juice
to water.
2. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-low heat.
3. Add brown sugar, apple, maple syrup, dried cranberries and cinnamon.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until apples are just tender, about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in nuts, if desired.
